This is the full experience. I assess your space, design it, and deliver a complete plan including floor plans, elevations, and a digital rendering so you can see the finished room before anything is purchased or installed.

Signature design is for homeowners in Deltona and the greater Orlando area who want the whole thing handled. Maybe you are taking on a full home, or one room that matters a lot to you, and you would rather not juggle every decision and every vendor yourself. I take on single rooms as well as full homes and small commercial spaces.

How the process works

Every project begins with a free discovery call, usually about 30 minutes. If we are a good fit, we get started with a retainer that goes toward your total project cost.

Next I get a full picture of your space. I look at what you want to keep, what you are ready to let go of, and how you actually use the room. From there I put together a design concept, then refine it into a final design with the drawings and rendering. Once you love it, I handle sourcing and work directly with vendors so you are not managing all of it yourself.

A lighter refresh with no construction usually runs from about a month to a few months. A project that involves demolition and construction can take up to a year. I will give you a realistic timeline up front.

Pricing

Signature design starts at $12 per square foot.

Your retainer is a deposit that goes toward your total project cost, not a separate fee. Anything beyond what is included in your package is billed at my hourly rate of $90, and I will always talk it through with you before we go there. No surprises!
