Project Scope + Pricing

Every project is a little different, but most fall into one of the services below. If you are not sure which one fits your space, reach out and we will figure it out together.

Consulting and Decorating

$90 per hour

Sometimes you do not need a full design, you just need an expert eye. In a consulting session, I help you make decisions about your space, whether that is layout, color, furniture, or simply where to start. This is hands-on, practical help.

E-Design

Starts at $6 per square foot

Work with me from anywhere. You share photos, measurements, and details about your space, and I put together a complete design you can shop and put together on your own timeline. You get the full design without needing me on site. It is a great fit if you are outside the Orlando area or you like doing the hands-on part yourself.

Kitchens and bathrooms are priced higher because of the added complexity.

Signature Design

Starts at $12 per square foot

This is the full experience. I assess your space, design it, and deliver a complete plan including floor plans, elevations, and a digital rendering so you can see the finished room before anything is purchased or installed. I handle sourcing and vendor coordination, including things like window treatments and furniture, so you are not juggling it all yourself.

How a project starts

Every project begins with a free discovery call, usually about 30 minutes, where we talk through what you are working on and see if we are a good fit. There is no charge and no pressure.

A note on going further

If it is a fit, we get started with a retainer, and that retainer is a deposit that goes toward your total project cost, not a separate fee. Anything beyond what is included in your package is billed at my hourly rate of $90, and I will always talk it through with you before we go there. No surprises!

We start by getting a full picture of your space. I look at what you want to keep, what you are ready to let go of, and how you actually use the room. From there I put together a design concept, then refine it into a final design. Everything up to that point is covered in your package. Anything beyond it is billed hourly, and I will always tell you before we get there.

Both. I take on single rooms as well as full homes and small commercial spaces. A lot of clients start with one room and come back for more.

Depending on the service, your package can include a full assessment of your space, a design concept, a final design, floor plans, elevations, and a digital rendering so you can see the finished room before anything is bought or installed.

I do not bring one signature look to every project. My job is to find yours. I want your space to represent you, so I pay attention to what you are drawn to, how you use the space, and what is already there. Whether that lands somewhere modern and simple or somewhere completely unexpected, we design toward it.

That is part of the process. Early on we go through what is in the space and decide together what stays and what goes. Nothing gets replaced just for the sake of replacing it.

Yes. I work directly with vendors on things like furniture and window treatments and handle the coordination, so you are not managing all of it yourself. I also work with artists and makers to bring one-of-a-kind pieces into your space.

It depends on the scope. For a lighter refresh with no construction, just paint, new finishes, and selecting pieces, it usually runs from about a month to a few months depending on the size of the room. For a project that involves demolition and construction, it can take up to a year. I will give you a realistic timeline for your specific project up front.

I work in person within about an hour of Deltona, Florida, which covers the greater Orlando area. For anyone outside that range, I offer full online design no matter where you are.
