Who it is for

E-design is a great fit if you live outside the Orlando area, or if you are local and you like doing the hands-on part yourself. It works well for people who know their space needs help but want to keep the budget focused on the room itself. Whether you are in Florida or across the country, you get the same attention to how you actually live.

What is included

  • A review of the photos, measurements, and details you send about your space
  • A conversation about what you are drawn to, what is already working, and what you wish was improved
  • A design concept with a mood board of colors, materials, and finishes
  • A final design with a layout and a shopping list you can buy from on your own schedule

How the process works

It starts with a free discovery call, usually about 30 minutes, where we talk through your space and see if we are a good fit. If it is, we get started with a retainer that goes toward your total project cost.

From there you send me photos and measurements, and we talk through what you want to keep and what you are ready to let go of. I put together a design concept, we refine it together, and then I deliver your final design. You put it together on your own timeline, and I stay available to answer your questions after your design is delivered.

E-design starts at $6 per square foot. Kitchens and bathrooms are priced higher because of the added complexity.

Your retainer is a deposit that goes toward your total project cost, not a separate fee. Anything beyond what is included in your package is billed at my hourly rate of $90, and I will always talk it through with you before we go there.
